What exactly you mean by stating that can citi bank connect personal loan dues...
The loans/facilities are based on individual agreement and hence they are individual accounts. But if the Bank files a case against the defaulter, they will file one suit combining all its dues. Bank also withholds the property documents if any in its hand, if choose so to recover the overdues. What is your exact problem?
