1. manager has worked alone without my information and meet with Dr. and stockist
there is no importance of my self.
i am on payroll and in probation period

Your question is not clear what actually you want to know about and on what matter. Neither you have mentioned, what is your position, nor mentioned what is your or manager's link with a Dr. and stockist.

First be clear in yourself and state what actually is the problem on which a solution is desired.

I presume that you are a medical representative.

If your manager comes and meets the Dr and stockist in your absence. This means that you have no cordial relationship with your boss. Or you are absent on that day.

This will affect your employment in that company.
