Dear Sir,
Kindly tell me attached application for asking information under RTI Act 2005 i.e. 11_myrti.txt is ok or not.If not please tell what updation is required.Kindly chedck the question i asked under RTI act 2005.
The issue is my few results are pending since a year, i would like take to true idea about declaration of
these results, as they are not providing same verbally, just a procrastination attitude.This is all when 2 academics year has been wasted additional to required normal duration of degree course.
I am not getting any concrete reply.Complete future and career is in great danger.
What improvement I should do? What should I improve and How should I fine tune ? Kindly elaborate little more as I am not a law person.Even I have drop emails to Chief Minister and Cabinet Minister till yet involving many higher authorities but no action.
As the results in their hand, I have fear that they can damage results knowingly.That's why I cant ask very specifically ? I mean from the application they should not be able to identify me.I will drop this application with the help of someone else.

The application seems OK, except he followings:
Instead of the word "recovery" you may use the word ""compensation" in question #3.
Further, you must ask the question about the "reason for delay in declaration of results", etc.

The first paragraph "according to RTI Act..." is not necessary.
postal Order paragraph can be shifted to last.
"Please provide me with the following information which is being sought under RTI Act" instead of "please tell me"
"Till which date all the remaining M.Tech 2007 Batch results will be declared ?
2. Till when you would be able to award all degrees to M.Tech students of 2007 Batch ?
3. What recovery will be provided to the students who has lost their years of life due to GBTU delay session ?"
Change the above as follows:
1. The reasons for delay in declaration of all the remaining M.Tech. 2007 Batch and the probable date of declaration.
2. This para is okay
3. This is not a information. Under RTI Act the existing information is supposed to be provided. So according to me this question is not proper to include in your application.
After these paragraphs you shift the postal order paragraph.
Station and Date should be written.
Proof of sending the RTI application should be safely kept with the application.

Is the below specified application would be fine and well ? I mean they would not any mean to reject or refuse for the information asked .

1. Is All semester examinations, has been conducted or not ? If not then please state the clear reason of delay and send the true attested copies of all supportive documents for this delay with the reply of this application.
2. Are First, Second, Third and Fourth Semester Examination has been conducted or not ? If yes then kindly send true attested copies of date wise details of all four (First ,Second ,Third,Fourth) semester examinations , with reply of this application.
3. Probable date of declaration of all remaining results ?
4. Till which date you would be able to award all degrees to above specified course ?
5. Please provide the true attested copy of regulations of scrutiny. Are all the results of scrutiny has been declared for which applications forms of scrutiny has been submitted between January 09 to June 09 ?
Section 19 of the RTI ACT 2005, says that “a person who does not receive a decision within the specified time limit of 30 days may make a request for appeal. In case a person is aggrieved or dissatisfied with the decision of public information officer make an appeal within 30 days to such officer who is senior in rank to public information officer.”
