murder case

sir,
i m a sister of a guy who have been killed buy 3 other guys of our neighbour hood.now when i when i m lost my brother in that situation i want to see the accused to being behind the bars .to do so i want ur help.
the case is that my brother was a 18year old guy with full of atitude 1day he got a call from his friend that he git injured so plz pick me up.where he found the accused with his 2other friend in drunken situation in that my brother was trying to avoid the situation in that situation the accused requested to drop him home so my brother accepted that .but in b/w this their was a misshapening b/w them after that my brother came back home but again he got a call from accused that want a compromise and he went for that but after that he did not come back .
now i want ur help 4the case where we want ur help so that the case will come in the rare of rarest category.
plz help us out.......

first of all tell me how many days back the incident taken place.
whether the case is in investigation stage?
If you be sure that the crime was committed by them, then inform it to investigating officer properly.never forget to mention to i.o to collect the detail call chart of the accused person and deceased so that during investigation the inference can be drawn that there was none but the accused who called your brother just prior to his death.This is a very vital circumstances to connect the accused with the crime.
In a murder case if the chain of circumstances is complete during investigation and all the witnesses properly deposes before the court of law and all the incriminating material comes before the court and seizure list is properly proved and exhibited and pm report shows that the death is antimortem and homicidal in nature then the conviction can be awarded.

by them bcoz all the circumstances are telling this to us and also i want to ask you that during the case on which points should we focus more and can u give me ur contact no?

sir,
for ur kind information let u know that the weapon and vehicle i.e, the bike of my brother was arrested from 2of accused and 3 one was arrested after 40days of the incident.
now from some source we came to know that their can be some mishappening with the evidence i.e,gun .in the forencic check. there was some live bullets inside the gun.
now i want to knw to that to restrict this what can we do???

Contact I.O. of case and try to insert more and more evidence against accused.Try to get all informations regarding incomming calls and out-going calls of accused on the day of murder.
