Accuse apeel in session court but i am not Receive session court notince.one month is completed.So please advice me how to get session court notice

very simple bcz you are already aware that accused filed appeal, just go and check with pending branch of that session court and find out the case number and ask or engage advocate to appear or to file memo for appearance and ask your advocate to take undertaken.

How do you that the appeal is filed?

If you know the case number, date, court etc., you can appear before the court and make your submissions. You will also get the copies of the documents filed by the appellant.
