Apply for anticipatory bail from that Sessions Court,to which juridiction that court falls, which issued N.B.W.

You can apply for recall of the warrant before the same magistrate u/s 70(2) of cr.p.c.

my lawyer is saying that in Bihar Recall of warrnat is not applicable.he says that when bail is granted by the district court, recall of warrant is done automatically.
In addition to this,he keeps saying that we winnto get the bail in district court,we will have to move to pataana high court.
we are totally confused, ple let me know what is the way out of this difficult situation.
