automatic confirmation after probation

hello ,i am working as a lecturer in teacher training college approved by NCTE .nature of appointment was contract basis with a cosolidated pay of 8,000 rs and in Order it was mentioned that appointment will stand terminated as she/he completes her period of contract without any notice.i have completed 2 years of my contract period .i got approval from university that /he she is on probation and teacher may be confirmed after completion of the probationary period as per statute 219 . the management has not issued me a continuation order but they are giving me a consolidated pay 8000 rs from last five months .can i assume that my service is automatically confirmed

Legally u are confirmed.Means now u are regular employee they can not post anybody vice you in case it happens u may go to civil court and get stay on appointment vice u.

Since there is a stipulation that after expiry of probation period,confirmation follows, you are deemed to have been confirmed

i m sorry that i am repeating my question actually i need this job .and every body is confusing me by saying that in field of education, ie approved by ugc and ncte a lecturer is made permenant, as i got approval from university that "after probation i may be continued .my institution is permenantly nongrant college but having very good infrastructure and a good reputation so i dont want to leave this college .but management is not giving proper clarification about delay of continuation ,some time they say that this year admissions are less and we are in deficit ,some time they say that the teacher -pupil ratio is right and as shikshan shulk samiti has reduced the fees so they cant upgrade salary as per ugc norms so they are delaying continuation.i asked them to give clear direction that whether ishould search a new job or not,they remained silent.so i am in big trouble and cofusion.i am getting frustrated so to sort out this problem i am repeating this query to get satisfactory solution .

Dear Author,

You are posted on probation period. The probation period is also over. The factual situation is if the probation is not extended you are deemed to be terminated from the job. But, you are lucky, that the employer is giving salary after the expiry of the probation period. You are deemed to be in probation only.

If the confirmation order is not given you can not claim your self as confirmed and you can not get any benefits meant for the confirmed employee.
