Respected Sirs,
One of my tenants had got registered a society with our permission stating that it is his own house and to that extent he had filed a affidavit giving false information that he is not collecting any rents for running the office.
The said tenant has got registered the said society inspite of serving him a legal notice that he is illegally running offices in the SSP.
When approached the ROS, I was advised to approach the competent court for cancellation of the said society and that the ROS has no authority to cancel the said society.
Which is the competent court to approach for redressal of my grievance.

Usually, there are provisions in the Act itself for such contingecies. Unfortunately, if there is no such provisions in your State Act as the ROS claims, U may file a Suit in the Civil court for the reliefs. U R advised to consult a local lawyer.

You can not cancel a society. For registration of a society, no need to have a own office. It seems that you are finding reasons for evicting your tenant.
Normally the promoters of the society will register the society by giving their residence address only as their office. After some time when they need a separate office, they will move to a pakka office.
If you want you can evict the tenant, stating that the residence is being used for a office purpose.
