Service matter

I worked as a teacher in private school affilited with CBSE for three years with beack of service of one month every year, then i left job. After about one year I again applied for the job. I was told verbally that no long term job is available but I can do teaching for one month and there after one month break for summer vaccation and then for one month. I agreed verbally. Now the school is nor allowing me to continue. I was not given any appointment letter. Do I have any right to continue the service?

sorry, you have no remedy. you can not claim lien on the job.

You dont have any right to get a job from a private institution. They can arbitrarily do any thing.

If they are govt aided school, they have to consider your application.
