reg maintenance to wife

My wife is working in IT industry. I am also working in software. i am planning to apply for divorce as we are living separately for a long.
We have a son. he is with my wife.

My queries are
1) She is earnign above 1 lakhs.
2) Do i need to paly maintenace to her ?
I dont have any proof of her earnings
She has also bought a house in bangalore.

3) I lost my jobs as she filed a case against me. Now i have a job.

4) I don't want to work as i am unable to concentrate and planning to resign.

5) She purposely complaint and lost job because of her. so i am planning to avoid giving maintenance to her.
In case i need to give her, on what basis will it be calculated.
6) If i am jobless and don't have any properties, what will happen ?

Why have you been living separately and how long...

> If she is able to maintain herself, (i,e the way she is living now) then maintenance need not be provided for.

You query is not clear except that of your liability towards the maintenance.

Maintenance petition has to filed by the wife, if she is suppressing her earnings, she will face the legal consequences.
