Is divorce a solution

Wife put up Five 498a cases in every year starting from 2005 & compromised at PS itself

This time she is ready to mention in case closure paper in terms & conditions that she would not approach court/police in future.

Some time back experts suggested that written agreement from her is not maintainable in any court in marital life?

Now there is no trust on her, & no gaurantee from her writing nor any assurance from court thereof.
Is divorce is best solution in this given solution to lead both parties peacefully?
