please tell me whether bond can be applicable on management trainee?

if no please give any court decisions or supporting

if he is not permanent employee and not the part of organisation than how the bond can be applicable.

further if job is not suitable to him, or work conditions are not ok..
than he is bind to to work

because if he gives in writing that he want to left the organisation than company will say, first pay this bond amount. either they will file suit.

how he can defend himself

This you should have thought before signing the bond and before joining as Management Trainee.

If you have signed the agreement, you have to obey the conditions of the agreement.

If you are not the permanent employee and not part of the organisation, then in what capacity you have signed the agreement?

If the job is not okay for you, you can quit by paying the compensation if any as per the agreement.

If you have any defense, that will protect you in case the employee sues you.
