IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CERTIFIED DOCUMENT AND REGISTERED DOCUMENT??

DOES THE CERTIFIED COPY OF THE DOCUMENT HAVE SAME MATTER AS IN THE ORIGINAL REGISTERED DOCUMENT???
Sri Vijayan.A (Expert) 17 December 2010
certified copy is the one which is certified by the sub-registrar that the copy is true copy of the document registered in his office.
The copy contains same matter and in addition it contains the certificate by the sub-registrar
