I am present working with a EPC Engineering Company as Asst. Manager, Legal & Contract situated at Calcutta I have been recently given the Memorandum & Article of Association of my present company to prepare a report/note by Monday regarding the Do’s and Don’t of a Private & Limited. Company. To run the company on the basis of Memorandum & Article of Association supplied to me though I have practised law before the Apex Court of the country but I have never dealt with matters relating to Company Laws. In the above circumstances I sincerely look forward for your co-operation support and guideline in preparing the report.
