what is the complete process to serve dasti summon, i mean how to get process server and what is the whole procedure?

nothing special about it...u accompany process server to the place where the process is to be served.

summons r marked to a particular process server then u accompany him for the purpose.

the idea is the service must be effected and the defendant or respondant shall not run away from the proceedings of the court.

GO TO THE PROCESS AGENCY AND THEY WILL MARK TO SOME SERVER.

Is this process still exist other than Supreme Courts?
