does the fi has followed all steps of 13/2..13/4 of said act?DRT will not stay the matter. you will get relief in civil court in procedural part.kindly send the details

Sarfaesi act is not a joke that you can apply on any format before DRT.

Thouogh this is most draconian piece of lagislation but you can fight for the rights of borrower on facts and circumstances of the matter.
