(Querist) 04 August 2010 This query is : Resolved
A is a single person doesn't have wife or children.B is daughter of A's sister. C is son of B. C took care of A very well. A nominate C in his savings account. There is also a Fix deposit. In this FD no nomination created. A passed away. now bank is ready to give amount from savings A/c. But reject demand for FD. Now how can C get this FD amount?

I am not sure of my answer to this post but if a WILL exists / a WILL there and says all benefit goes to C then it is doable.

Silent point here is that there is "no one there to challenge that produced WILL for FD benefits" well as per stated briefs he died leaving behind no relatives, no adopted child, had no marriage, had no custody of a ward so...!

BTW, I stand for correction of my advise by members.
