how much is the weightage of a mutual partition among the family members of the family property??? any decisions

YOU MAY KINDLY NOTE THAT FAMILY UNDERSTANDING YOU MAY WRITE ON A STAMP PAPER OF RS.100/.AND WRITE ALL DETAILS OF FAMILY MEMBERS WITH NAMES AGES AND ADDRESSES OF ALL AND THEN WRITE DETAILS OF PROPERTY HOUSE ,LAND ETC AND HOW IT WILL BE SHARED BY FAMILY MEMBERS.
TAKE SIGNATURES OF ALL FAMILY MEMBERS AND ALSO NO OBJECTION LETTERS OF FAMILY MEMBERS WHO DO NOT WISH TO SHARE THE PROPERTY ALL SHOULD BE DULY SIGNED BY CONCERNED BEFORE AT LEAST TWO WITNESSES AND GET THE SAID STAMP PAPER NOTORISED.
IT WILL BE USEFUL IN CASE ANY DISPUTE IN FUTURE.PLEASE NOTE.

Dear Barun Deka,

Every partition affected thorugh a mutual understanding of the parties and it confirms the partition of the family and property unless there is no undueinfluence, fraud etc. Hence such partition are admissable and acceptable.

Please clarify:

Whether said mutual partition effected under registered partition Deed? or oral partition/ panchayat parikat/ or comprimise decree or family arrangement?
