Dismissal of criminal proceeding

one client od our company has filed a criminal complaint against few employees of our company with an intent to harass the company, although he has dealing with the branch office of our company and these employee are no where related to this matter. in a final police investigation report submitted to the court by the polise authority, has specified that the complainant has failed to proved any kind of mis handling of funds in his account. however majistrate court has rejected police investigation report and issued summons against these employee? so what will be the remedy in this case to dismiss these proceedings?

You nay file revision against the order of magistrate or may approach to high court under 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceeding.

You should go for the quashing of case to the highcourt u/s 482 of cr.pc. It is quite clear that cognizance have been taken u/s 190 of cr.pc so you are advised for go to highcourt for quashing of case against cognizance order.
