Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 24 January 2019 This query is : Resolved
Hi,

I got a summary of case filed against my father in law from goolge. Based on hearings happened and the CRN number. How can i get under what section it was filed. As online copy is not available because it says FIR is filed in 2003 and it is not available online.

My in laws are of criminal nature and hided the pending cases from me and my family and I got to know this after my marriage. Please help how an I get the details of case and FIR. Can I file a 420 case on my in laws as they hided criminal case from me before marriage.

thanks,

Take search in court record. Why are you concern with the criminal cases of in laws? As per me you cannot file case even if criminal case is registered against your in laws.

Dear Sir,
First get the details by approaching concerned police station since it relates to the year 2003 as such the details are not available online. Without checking such FIR and result of the same you cannot lodge a 420 case against your in-laws.

Please mark “LIKE” if satisfied by my answer.

Thanks a lot sir.. but the FIR copies are public document? So that I can ask for them.

Also the case says petitioner"State" and respondent is my in laws and 3 more persons. In which kind of cases the petitioner is "State"

What is it that you want exactly? You seem to be in self-destructive mode.
