what is the ratio of interest for a claimant to receive for the compensation for injury in a Motor accident? Does the interest payable to the clsimant starts from the date of institution off claim application or from the date of judgment?

the interest part depends on the nature of case whether interest is payable or not, generally the ratio of interest depends on present economy growth, now-a-days which 6%.

The interest payable to the claimant under motor accident claim is start from the date of institution of claim petition.
