Power Of Attorney

(Querist) 14 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
If I have made a sale deed of Land as a Power of attorney holder of 180 Peoples, Another person filed suit of Injuction against all the 180 Vendors, me and purchaser and he served notice of all 180 vendors on me as I am POA holder of all, Now I have given a Pursis that I am not wishing to appear on behalf of said 180 vendors and I was appeared in the suit for me only. Afterwards on next date plaintiff gives an application I am legally bind to appear for the 180 defendants as a POA holder and requested to court to pass Ex-parte order agaisnst me, I am in need of any rule or Ruling which state the notices of defendant should served on themselves personally if they want to appear personally then they should have right to do so.
If anyone helps me it will be better for my case.

If you are a POA you are a necessary party to the case.
