Hi,

After sending the Form-N to the controlling authority, how much time it will take. What is the maximum time duration will take get the gratuity payment from employer.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. If the delay to 6 months or more than that, than employer has to pay the interest on gratuity amount ? if yes, than how much interest they have to pay and what is the interest rate will be calculate ?

Suppose my gratuity amount is Rs. 1,00,000. Than what is the calculation with interest.

No time can be estimated, it will depend on circumstances arises during the course of proceedings.

under the Act an employee is entitle 10$ simple interest on the gratuity amount from the date, it becomes due.
