i like to inform you that one person had filed false complainant before the honorable court under section 156/3 and the court had order to lodge the first information report and investigate . the police authority had investigate the matter the allegation which was written in the complaint found false and the police authority had cancel the first information report which was registered by the order of the court and the court had accepted the said cancellation and dismiss the said complaint know kindly send me the format to give notice under damage and also give me format to give notice under section 182 CRPC

As section 182 I.P.C. is hit by section 195 Cr.P.C. so complaint u/s 182 I.P.C. can be filed only S.H.O. to whom matter has been send by the court u/s 156[3] Cr.P.C.

Pl act as advised by Mr. Minocha. A legal notice should be drafted carefully after considering all the facts of case and the relvant laws. The work is not over by issuing the notice. If the other side denies or makes counter allegations u should be in aposition issue a rejoinder. Otherwise u may stand a risk.
