the owner of garuda flats gave general power of attorney to srikanth and srikanth entered into agreement to sell with my friend kavita in august 2018 and kavita paid him rs 1500000 in advance where actual flat worth is 90 lakhs later in November 2018 srikanth registered the property in some radhas name as he got better offer where radha is said to have paid 1cr . now radha is claiming she is a bonafide purchaser and is not aware of agreement made with kavita . can kavita can claim property registeration in her name as she was first one to enter and she was willing to rest 75 lakhs but radhas contention is kavita is only entitled to compensation . can kavita get the registeration of radha cancelled as she says buyer had to examine the property radha had not done . but radha says srikanth only told her it was new one .

Consult local advocate who have knowledge in property matters and file case against Srikanth (GPA agent) as he deceived after taking advance from Kavitha.
