how can contractual employee change in india as a permanent employee

DEAR SIRS
I am appointed as a Camera man Grade-III in doordarshan by BECIl since july 2008.sir every month i sent my attendence to my head quarter but sir since july 2008 i had no salary increments and i get no other benefits.sir there is any rule in india for contractual employees to get benefits. sir my Consultancy agency is mini ratan company and under working I&B Ministry. THANKING YOU SIRS
There must be some sort of Employee Manual, or Manual of Appointment & Allowances, or the Recruitment Rules for your cadre in your organization. So, please check the same first. If you still get any doubt, better come forward with your query thereafter.

Are you an employee of Mini Ratan Company and your services were kept with the Door Darshan? If this is so then you are governed by your contract conditions. A contracrt employee does not have right to become regular employee of DD unless he goes through the recruitment process prescribed under the DD Rules.
