Urgent help - theft of society water

Respected experts,

My society has been handed over to the administrator by the Registrar of Co-operative society.

On taking charge the administrator removed the illegal water tap directly attached to the society water tank.

However the society members including the sacked secretary/treasurer are planning to install the removed tap again for purpose of illegally taking the water.

Kindly advise as to what action can be taken against them.

File a civil suit for injunction against sacked secretary etc.

file a in junction suit and also inform the administrator, also take the latest photographs of tank

Give complaint to the police.You can also give complaint to the registrar against the society members.

Uma Parameswaran is partly correct. Administrator can lodge a complaint at concerned police station for commiting mischief in the society's water tank and water pipes;and for making loss to public fund or property for unlawful gain. Immediate police action shall do the purpose and civil suit and injunction is not necessary.
