Non-Bailable Warrant

Hi,this is regarding Non-Bailable warrant which has been issued again my father who is Govt officer in Central Govt.Warrant had been issued from Darbhanga and we do not know how to go about it.kindly guide us through the process.Lot of people have bene saying different things on this.since it is non bailbale waraant,we would not get the bail in District court etc.we are really frustrated at this moment.Need your answer ASAP.Thanks alot.

what is the offence / sections for which said warrants are issued ?

Whether your father is already on bail? If not apply for the bail along with an application for recall of warrant.

He is not on bail.Is it possible to get bail in District magistrate court(darbhanga)?people are saying ultimately we have to move to Patna high court.How long does it take to get the bail in district court??
