job obtained by giving fake experience certificate

Sir,
If a first person gets a job by giving fake experience certificate. Also if a person marries by showing same fake experience certificate to second person.
Then can the second person book the first person in fraud case.
What is the maximum imprisonment and charges to be applied (dhokadadi ka maamla). Like can she be arrested and police remand sought.

A fake experience certificate can be said to be a case of forgery and the person forging and using the same is an offender. He may be booked and punished for the offence(s). Maximum punishment in case of offence under section 467 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 can be upto life imprisonment.
