Regarding office name.

I want to establish office for law work, can i use any name for the office or tag name without LLP authorization.

Law Professionals practices either individual or with associates. if individual your office name in your name. if you are with your partners, then the Deed of Partnership and the specific name of your choices being the name of the partnership firm will be. the said partnership may be registered or incorporate under The Companies Act 2013, as LLP.

If you individually wish to establish an office, you have to obtain permission from Labour Officer concerned.

So if I'm opening an office for as an advocate than can i use other name also I'm i correct and no infringement of advocate act.

Hello,

You have to be at least qualified as LLB and you have to be registered with the Bar Council of India and with the local Bar. Then you can practice as an advocate and open an office. If you are qualified then there is no question of any illegality.
