Renewal of registration in KARNATAKA

I request the experts to please let me know under what all Acts the registration is to be renewed annually in KARNATAKA , the fees involved and the due date of renewal for a private company which is a Manufacturing company.

To name a few renwals
KVAT Act, 2005 vide form vat 6
Companies Act Annual Return

Thanks for your comments.

The question pertains to RENEWAL under different Acts . It is NOT about RETURNS to be filed annually under different Acts.

The renewal may pertain to :

Karnataka Profession Tax Act.

KVAT

STPI

Shop and Establishment Act

and Many other such Acts which are applicable to a Private Manufacturing Company located in Karnataka.

With respct to above I would like to know the due date of renewal, the relevant form to be used and the fees to be paid for renewal.

Please let me know if you need any specific clarification pertaining to the question.

Sir,Kindly let me know the due date of filing KVAT Form - VAT 6, and also the fees to be paid for renewal.

I stand corrected by the forum, FOrm VAT 6 is only for changes.

Registartion is one time.
