I got exparte divoce in July 2022 after proving but my spouse came from saudi and set it aside..and he is not attending court neither his lwyers on hearing and recently got to know that he went back to saudi, and now in last hearing in july 2023 court mentioed that his appearance is mandatory, what happens if he won't appear again in court? And court grants me exparte again and , does court consider his set aside petition again, like this is harrasing me from getting divorce,. I have filed for divorce in dec 21

If he is not appearing before court even if there is an order for his appearance, then the court may set him exparte, you can then let in your evidence and get an exparte decision.
Let him once again approach court, at that time you file a strong objection to that and get it dismissed

What if he doesn't appear on court in next hearing even after courts order for his appearance

Are you not understanding the answers given to your question?
If he doesn't appear before court on the next date also then you can ask court to set him exparte and let in exparte evidence to get an exparte order and judgment in your favor as prayed for.
