daughter right in partnership business

what is the right of daughter in partnership business of her father. After her father death in 2008 interstate.Which my father and his brothers started as joint family business in 1968.And later my father and two sons redused the partnership. Will the daughter get equal right in the business

THE DAUGHTER IS RECOGNISED AS A SHARER TO THE EXTENT OF THE FATHER'S SHARE IN THE PARTNERSHIP BUSINESS AND NOT BEYOND IT.

i do agree with the view of mr. vishal as the doughter has full right in the partneship business of her father but this right only extends to her share in the her father's share.

The right is depends upon your fathers share in the firm.All the legal heirs have the same right over the father's share in the firm.
