counselling

husband applied for divorce under sec 13 a
wife applied RCR and Sec 24 IM as there is a child of 4 years with the mother. two counsellings have gone. is that possible that wife can ask for more number of counselling to judge, will judge grants us, or he will go for main the case judgement.is there any government mediators.

I do not know you are from which place. In Karnataka the separate proceedings is available at Meadiation center. If you are belongs to karnataka you can ask the court to refer the matter before the Meadiation Center for counsellings.

If You are out side Kanrnataka, you can ask number of counselling for speedy and proper remedy

normally upper limit in mediation is 3 months and further dates are granted only if there is hope else file is remanded back to the Court.
