Absconded after completing notice period as per portal.

Hi Sir,

I was working with wipro on third party due to some growth i resigned from my company and as per company portal and my offer letter i completed my notice period but my manager asked me to serve 2 month notice period and that's why they didn't accept my resignation on his portal. On mail they accept my resignation and written that you have to serve two month notice period as already inform you by mail.
I also requested many time to my manager and HR that i need reliving as i completed my 1 month notice period as per portal now i am ready to give fine or wave off my salary. but no one is ready and ascond me from organisation. No one is ready to listen my problem my salary and full PF amount is left also my reliving / Experience letter is not received.

Kindly suggest me what i have to do, How can i fight legally to take my documents.

Recently the Supreme Court said nobody can stop the employee to resign after notice period is served.

No Authority Can Cancel Registered Documents: SC [Read Judgment]
The Supreme Court in Satya Pal Anand vs. State of M.P, has held that once the document is registered, it is not open to any authority, under the Registration Act, 1908, to cancel the registration. In the instant case, an application was moved by a person before the Sub-Registrar (Registration) calling upon him to cancel the registration of extinguishment deed executed by the Society cancelling an allotment of plot. Aggrieved by rejection of his application, on the ground that Sub Registrar has no jurisdiction to cancel the registration of a registered document in question, he approached Inspector General (Registration), but in vain....
