Q-1 SIR I WANT TO KNOW CA OR LLB( TAX ) WHICH IS BETTER OPTION ?

Q-2 WHAT IS THE TIME PERIOD IN LLB(TAX) AFTER GRADUATION ?
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 26 June 2009
one thing i must tell u that there is no LL.B (tax)........in grad course of LL.B tax is an optional subject which u may or may not opt during ur degree.

however the national law schools might have a bit diff structure.

being a CA u ll be eligible to deal with Tax Matters but u ll not be allowed to appear before the court to sumbit arguments.

after completing CA u can also do LL.B, but still u ll be able to pursue just one line.

being a lawyer u can further excell in corporate laws.

so choice is urs, CA or a Lawyer both are good.

if u want 2 practice in taxation at court level then go 4 llb. further u can complete llb in less time as compared to ca.
