I am fighting my case without help of advocate. Initially I had hired services of 5 advocates. One by one I had to change because they only used to come and stand in court wearing coat and looking at my hand and body.
Fed up I started attending my own case. I asked them not to come and attend my case.
The cases which I have filed are section 9. Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act. Also DV act case under section 19, 20, 21, 23, 31. I have also filed 125 crpc for permanent maintenance.
Though I got rid of my useless advocates. The OP lawyers are delaying all the cases. Sometimes the OP wont appear. Sometimes senior advocate wont appear. Some baccha advocate appears but he wont even know who sent him. The judge will be in spills when the advocate himself does not know who sent him.
Now my query is when there is no need of advocate in Family Court, why are advocates even allowed inside family court. They simply unnecessarily delay the verdict. Simply keep taking dates. When the dispute is just between husband and wife why cant the judge simply decide the case without involvement of advocates?
Can I file a case in High Court asking court to not let the advocates enter the family court. They simply misguide. They delay the case by years. When there is already a rule in the law books that parties can represent themselves why are family courts making the lives of petitioners more and more troublesome by involving the advocates?
Ultimately in the end each divorce case or any matrimony related case will end up in irrepairable damage to both parties. Why are we made to feed the advocates unnecessarily? Let them pest on politicians, industrialists and the likes who have amassed crores of rupees and let us common people live in peace?
Is there not a remedy for this in Law? I want to know how to file a case in court, local or high court regarding this.

Hello sir/madam,
My wife filed False 498@,307,494,406,34,107,144,125 IPC, after 4 month I filed contested divorce on cruelty ground just to take revenge. I applied anticipatory bail. Now I have all the evidence that her cases is false. She charged attempt of murder to 9 of my relatives nd neighbour whereas the time she has mentioned was in her parents home. In 494 bigamy charge also there don't understand how one can write all the false and fabricated statement by taking oath. Requesting experts for nyfuther suggestion Pls advice .

Am Vikram. Have 4 civil cases running between me & my tenants in which my father is also Defendant No. 2 from March 15. We have made my father as Def 2 because the property came to my from a HUF partition between me, father, mother & brother in 2012. due to some circumstances i along with my wife came out of the house & separated from them since June 13. since then my father didnt allow my tenants to pay rent to me. Even after several reminders to tenants from me, they didnt pay the rent from June 13 to March 15. So took the legal action against them. In Dec 15 out of 4, 3 came to evidence. I had paid a fees of Rs. 40k as court fees & Rs. 1.30 lakh as fees to advocate. My advocate is demanding more & more fees like he wants Rs. 1 lakh again as his fees which is really a heavy burden on my part. Our tenants came for compromise & we had made a 11 months agreement between all 4 of us. If i tell this matter to my advocate, he will surely demand more fees & create a problem for me. If i want to change him without NOC whats the procedure for doing so? Please help me to come out of this problem with your valuable input.

I am a women ,got married in April 2013, and from April 2014 I am not living with my husband,who is a doctor. I and my husband both filled for divorce separately. I have also filled cases 125, 498(a). I got maintainance order of 7k last month only.
From last two years ,I was single but from last 6 months I got into a relationship with an army man. And my boyfriend is ready to sell vedios and photographs to my husband, my boyfriend cheated me.He got vedios, that can prove me characterless. I have no idea. What will happen to my cases now, please tell :
1) What will happen to my divorce case
2) What will happen to my maintainance
3) Will I get alimony from my husband
4) Would it be possible to prove that vedios and photographs wrong
Really need help...?

I had sent my wife court summons as i have filed a "petition a" case against her. her father open the door all the time and says she does not right now here and they avoid accpeting the court summons.
She files fake case 498a against me and my mother.
can you pls help and guide me what to do? do we have to keep on issuing summons again and again and how can this delivered ( in any other way) to my wife so that she appears in the court. This is the first summon issued by bandra civil court (mumbai).

d mng to all experts Sir i was married on 2 dec 14 .and enaged on 4 may 14 .in between this engagement to marriage period i used to call to my faincee on a gap of 1 month to 2 month.Everytime she talked me like she avoiding memeans didnt take interest in my call.thats y i called her in a gap if 1 to 2 month.i thought tgere may b a family boundation over her to talk with me.she talked me only for 2-4 min when i called.now marriage days came near.just before 2minth she changed her number without informing me.nw 2 dec came.while doing stage prog she came down from stage leaving me on stage without telling anything to meat last her brothers tild us she felt stimach pain.and again she sat with me.sir we didnt understand anything.i mean we thought Everthing is in good faith.during 1st night we denied to hv intercourse with me.used very abusive language.i politely asked for reasons y she is doing such ilicit things to me .i controlledmyself .bt she didnt stop.EVn tIld m nt intersted in marraige and will give no child birth.it was really a shocking for me on the 1st night.i tried to unders5and her and politely asked fir the reasons bt she denied to say anything.keeo silent over reason why she doing these.bt once she told marriage is under pressure.in the next mng we informed her parents 4hry came an fetch her daughter same time.again they asked me to come ne she is okay.thry i again went to bring her.after voming at home she kept her mood as well as it wad on 1 ngt.she stayed with me only 3 times.total days 10.she left me finaly on 15 march 15.till then we tried much more to bring her back panchyat help was taken.but atlast thry denied to accept panchayat decision .panchayat here means local respec5ed people.panchyat told us they are nt accepting anything.they are wrong.during 3 times when sshe came at home she used abus8ve language denied to cook food ,iron and washing clithes for me.means she ebblven told on 1st night u r nt my husband.she abused my parents.nwwht they want she can come to me temporary means 2-3days bt wanna lI've finally with their parents. As we bith are working in govt banks as an officer.i told her to get ur transfer to live alife with me.bt she is making me fool.1 yr if marriage is gng to finish sir we tried a much more to resolve it bt situation is gng worst.she Totally defame socially.she fell down in my eyes now. Nw i dont want her back. At any cost.help me.i wanna fule divirce case directly.she totally doing a formaility with me.we hv intercouse d 2 times .aftr 15 march we didnt meet.as ee bity belong to haryana .i m posted in mumbai nw but she in haryana.bith are working in PSB banks.sir an i file divirce case.from mumbai.or which steps i hv to take.we hv nt demanded any miney in marriage..just rs and nariyal.she denied to go for honeymoon booked by me just after marraige.sir guide me accordingly.it is tough to write so long over phn.if u pr9vide me ur contact no then i can call u. I have a confusion on some property transfer issue as follow
My father is going to purchase a jointly held house property situate in Odisha, but the problem is both the owner are stay in Raipur and the 1st holder(wife) is not able to come for registration of the transfer for her health problems, but agrees to give POA to her husband (the 2nd holder) to register the same in odisha, so now my question is can she do so...and sir I humbly request to you all professional to guide me regarding the legal issue and solutions to validly transfer the property....In wating of yours valuable advice

Division of landed property amongst brothers
We are 4 brothers & 1 married sister. Father & mother have expired. We have some landed property still in the name of father. The documents of landed property is with one of the brother who is not willing to give respective shares to brothers. What action can be taken so that all brothers can get equal share.
