Exhibiting of cross-fir

Learned Members:

I'm an accused in a warrant case and the matter is up for trial.

However, I also have filed a cross-case in this regard and my FIR was presented to the court at the time of appearance when I sought bail. Now since the matter is in the prosecution evidence stage, I want to know whether I have to file my FIR afresh in order to exhibit it in this stage or will the court take regard of the fact that my FIR is already in the file and thereby exhibit it upon my asking?

Quashing of a fir

At what stages a FIR instructed from court can be quashed. Can it be quashed in High Court or Supreme court at the stage after submission of Final Report of Police in the court clearing all the accused.

Rti query not received/defamation

Dear Members:

I'm presently litigating a civil matter which has necessitated me to file an RTI petition seeking service (suspension) details of an engineer in the State Irrigation Deptt.
The fact is that the department concerned has not given any reply and now the RTI matter is pending before the State Information Commission and presently the Commission is engaged in taking up matters for the year 2016. I was told that there is no hope of my Second Appeal being taken/put up before the year 2020.
Now since my matter in the civil court is currently in the evidence stage, will it be safe/okay if my witnesses testify that the said engineer faced suspension from service? Because we have heard that the said engineer faced suspension from service but there is no official document confirming the same.
Please enlighten me whether this can give rise to a fresh round of litigation (defamation) by the affected engineer if the information which I propose to depose against him before the civil court is found to be baseless and false later on.

Thanking you all in advance!.

Introducing cross-FIR in the evidence stage

Dear Ld. Members:

My question is whether the cross-FIR can be introduced for the first time during EVIDENCE on cross-examination?

Facts are that police sent one case to court and neglected to send the cross-case. Now evidence is going on and I want to highlight the contents of the cross-FIR to the court.

How to do that? Please explain.

Regarding obtaining clean chit from District Court.

One of my family member was subjected to trial in a Thane (Maharashtra) civil court way back in the year 2005. It was all conspiracy against him and he was stuck into that matter for one month. Since then the hearing of the case came about for 4 times and all time it was postponed. Now it has been more than 7 years that there are no hearing in the court for the same. The charges were pertaining to forgery. The aggrieved party who has filed the case is also no more since last 10 years.

Now my family members require some Police verification in order to obtain a Batch and Rickshaws permit.

How come he can obtain a clean certificate regarding the above matter?

Kindly, help.

Son''s claim in mother's property - urgent

Hello,
Thanks in advance for considering the query.
My mother has an house property in her name which was purchased 15 years ago by my father in my mother's name. Now we are 2 brother. My elder brother is living separately from 2 years. Now he wants to claim his share in property. My question is
1) If my mother transfer the property in my name by registered gift deed, will my brother be able to make any valid claim on property in future.
2) Till my mother is alive, can he make any lawful claim of his share in property from my mother. (if property not tfd in my name)
Thanks for your precious consideration.

Again heat argument started but everything seemed okay. But suddenly I receive mail to time to face to face. I was in fear of losing o tried calling her through satellite phone and she didnt reply. Reached port then got internet so Whatsaap msg again she didnt reply. After frustration and anger of losing her I text fuck off bitch 2 or 3 times in text. But I asked apologies several time but she didnt accept. I came to India on dec 7th and went to see her started with heat argument ended smoothly. She said to bring my parents on 10th. But on 10th it was again heated argument abt my parents and her. I asked apologies but she told come 17th she will give decision. Everyday after that I was apologiesing and asking for second chance. Drink and drive

I was booked in delhi for drink and drive couple of years back. Had to go to the court after one month for hearing. Paid the fine of ₹4000 and got my license and papers back. Now I have been selected in government job for the position of clerk by SSC. I have to fill an attestation form in which there are two points I am confused about:

a) Have you ever been fined by court of law? YES/NO
b) Have you ever been fined by court of law for any offence? YES/NO

What should I fill in the form and will it cause me to lose the job? Really looking forward for an answer. Thanks in advance.
