Cheque dishonour

Dear

We had given two cheques to the property owner in my village(9 lacs to the brother and 50000 to the sister).
But due to some reason, we decided not to purchase the land just after 2 days.
then we blocked the cheque.

Now both the brother and sister put a cheque dishonor case in my name.
( They mentioned the reason as I have borrowed money from them and not returning).

Now the case in being fight in provision of 205. we also lost the removal of section -138( as we had blocked the cheque and we had the money in the bank).

Please guide me, I am ready to pay the amount if I lost the case....point is that I do not want to go to the jail( for society issues).

Please guide me....Can I win the case?
Or can I avoid to going to jail?

Regards

So that No one brother can clam to that property which my consion uncle given in gigt to my wife name.

Is this type of panchnama (on stam paper) valid for legal ?
As said that Five other person and husband have to sign on panchnama (on stam paper)which belongs to same village or area.

If my Uncle wants to make sign on panchnama (on stam paper) then it will be valid

Unregistered will

Dear Sir,

I got a property from my ancestors through an Unregistered will. It was written on my name even before I was born. My grand mother wrote in the will 'My Sons son will be the owner of the property'. and I got the property by virtue of this. I dont have any other siblings.

Now I am a grown up.I am married and having children.

Tell me the best way to transfer the property to my legal heirs. Why I am asking this is, recently when I want to go for some housing loan, Bank people are saying that they are going to give loans only based on gift deeds only (not for unreigstered wills).

can some one suggest me the best way to go.

Poa for the seller

We are buying a property which is registered under 2 names 1) WIfe 2)Husband in this order. Now the husband no 2 above is overseas and has made a POA in his sisters name. To register this sale we are told that the wife will be coming in for teh registartion however since the husband has POA done for his sister she will represent him at the time of registring the sale.
Will this be a valid sale if the above is done asis the 2011 rulingb?
The POA states the husband gives full rights to the sister to execute sale , rent etc.
Awaiting a response.
