I'm making handcrafted soaps at home only in Delhi. These are made using ready soap bases which I'm purchasing from authorized vendors. As I'm working on a small scale now but want to expand it through online selling, so do i need to get manufacturing license for the same? If yes what is the procedure & prerequisites? Whom to approach?

I have a Residential Premise.I (landlord) has filed eviction case.
Landlord lost Original agreement and have only XROX.
Teant have no Original agreement or XROX.
Tenant have no rent receipt , he had paid by hand.
Landlord has claim that , tenant has altered Premise.
Tenant agreed and claim that he has altered with Oral Consent.
My question is that , as there is only XROX of agreement.
Court case run on basis on XROX paper ?Will court Consider
XROX like original ?I want to mention that, tenant has claim
some point of XROX agreement is false.
Oral Consent of constructing building by Tenant will be considered
in court ,court will believe on tenant ?

Dear Sirs/Madame, Due to variuos issues, we as a group of owners under a welfare assocaition (registered) staged a oneday fasting protest in July 2015. The association introduced by the builder filed a suit in magistrate court and dismissed in 2018. I filed a Consumer case in 2016. Sent one Legal Notice requesting documents related to Land, in 2017. There were people from Builderside , retired judicial officer spoke to me and my advocate. Even the MD of the builder met my advocate twice in his law chamber in 2018. I turned down a request on 27.4.2018for a meeting with him slated on 7.5.2018. I have been sending RTI queries, Grievances with CMCELL and PMO. They filed a complaint stating that we are filing all complaints to make money on 1.5.2018 @ Police Station. CSR was closed. They sent me a Defamation notice for 5 Cr dt 18.5.25018 and I replied on 01.6.2018. Now an important department ordered (20.9.2018 & 20.10.2018) for reinpsection.Now the Builder Filed a CMP Petition with magistrate court on the same complaint ( Defamation notice). Can he file CMP in (Nov 2018, under Sec CrPc 161 & 91) and I recorded my statement with PS on 08.11.2018 instead of pursuing defamation case, when I replied to his defamation notice wtih all evidences. Sbi is not credited money to my account received from amazon
Amazon has sent money to my account and gave transaction reference ID (as a proof that SBI has acknowledge it) but SBI has not credited the same to my account even after 8 days..when contacted with SBI over mail they are bothering to given answer, when raise the same through central govt online grievance cell then they said that SBI can't do anything and need to contact amazon only they don't admit that it's their fault that they didn't accept it or in case not acceptance they have raise AMOUNT DISPUTE complain..i have contacted with their local branch as well but local branch manager is not wiling to help and behave rudely..
On the other hand Amazon is saying that as they have successfully process the money from their end hence they can't do anything, they said that they have given amount transfer reference ID which proof that they have successfully credited the amount to my account.
Hence, how could i get back my money, i don't to raise legal case as it will involve huge money whereas the disputed money is Rs. 6000, so how can i approach to consumer court and how can they will help me regarding this.
So, what can i do to get the money?
