Is my marriage elligible to be nullified?

Date and year of marriage: 10/11 June 2004

My spouse parents does'nt allow her to stay with me till 10th December 2004.

Some how I convinced her parents, finally I start to live with my spouse from above said date.

Surprisingly, I came to know that, her behaviour was not like a normal women, all of a sudden she starts to shout... some times she excited.. she laugh without reason.. and she weep. Another interesting thing was.. she cook very nice.. she maintain the home very neat and clean.. Frequently she used quarrel for no reason... sexual orientation is totally nill... her body almost looks like a male one.

I managed some how till 1st January 2005, finally she made a big gallata, she ran and start to shout all along the street and finally she made a call to her parents. My lady owner persuade her and take her to their house that night.

Next day her brother came and take her to their home.

Till date no response from them, I myself went to her thrice to persuade, she never came to approach me, instead their parents used to respond in a negative sense as if I made the mistake.

almost 18 months back, they filed the petition for maintenance and made the allegation against me as " dowry harrasement and I quarreled with her by drunk".

Meanwhile our doctor opined as she is having some mental disorder i.e. Schizophrenia.

Kindly suggest me how best I can proceed otherwise, My life will be in vein. Now I am already 41.

Thank you very much.

Yours faithfully

Dr. A RAMESH

Injunction

I purchased a house having ground and first floor in 1987 whereas the other Party (plaintiff)purchased similarly built adjacent house in 2003. The only difference between two houses is that pliantiff has only one room at ist floor and its back portion is vacant whereas i am having two rooms at first floor( one in the front and onein the back, the back one having lantern on the 9 inches common wall). The plaintiff has filed a suit for permanent and mandatory injuntion claiming that wall is common one and as such he has right on 4 and half inch common wall. Intially he did not file any title document to prove claim on the common wall but subsequently during cross exmn filed sale deed and power of Attorney which does not mention the length and bredth of property and only mentions the area of the property. It also does not give the detail of the construction. Plaintiff also did not agree to get local commissioner appointed to measure both properties. As a defendent I have claimed that whole 9 inches common wall as per the measurement comes in my area though I have also not filed my title document. By oral evidence I proved that i purchased the said property in 1987 and property is as it was at time of purchase. The lantern of the ground floor of both the house as well as front room at first floor is upon the said alleged common wall. What is the probabiulity of winning of this case.

filing of suit against dead person

dear advocates,
3 persons who are the legal heirs (proposed defendants)of one Mr.X. are sought to be impleaded in a suit. Said Mr X died prior to two years to the institution of the suit. I am entrusted with the vakalath of the said legal heirs. There is evidence to the effect that the plaintiff instituted the suit knowing that Mr X was dead.Is there any legal bar to proceed with a suit which was filed against a dead person? is there any legal bar to implead the L.Rs at this stage? Some rulings say they can be impleaded. Any contra rulings by H.C or S.C? please inform.

promissory notes

Dear advocates,

Whether demand of the amount covered by the pro note is a 'must' before instituting a suit? if a suit is filed without the pleading with respect to the demand of money back, what will be its fate? please give me the citations showing " demand(either oral or written) is pre-disposed before filing the suit based on promissory note
