My dad (a owner of a proprietorship business ) is suffering from paralysis , can I (his son) takeover his business without a sale in sales tax ( as sales tax department is saying I have to covert it into patrenship and then dissolve it) plz help, regards

My query:
I have filed e-filling in SC and have got the case number after clearing all the defects during diary number period.
after passing of 5 months, i have not been called for interrogation, as well my case is showing
"Listed 0 times earlier There are no further orders of listing
Last updated on 17-01-2017".
Request experts' for kind suggestions, so that I can proceed further.

Proscution not leading pre charge evidence but asking every time from last 7 dates for adjustments in complaint criminal case after bail of accused.
Accused files application to complete crpc 244. Date fixed for argument on 25 February 2017. Can any one provide good citation for argument on this application of early completion of crpc 244.

Hi , i was issued a notice to appear before judicial magistrate . It was served to me by a cop from the concerned station . The thing is i am issued this notice for appearance regarding a case registered by me as a complainant against some of my classmates under section 323 334 ipc .the case was registered on 9/9/2004 against my classmates and i was the complainant but due family intervention a compromise was done between both of the parties and fir was quashed . Now i cant understand why i am issued notice under ucr section "untraced cancelllation report " . My close advocate is suggesting that it is nothing to worry and i dont even have to respond to this notice or present myself in the court the case will automatically be closed but in the notice it is written that quote "in default of your appearance on the date fixed the case shall be decided in accordance with the law " . My dilemma is whether go by my lawyers advice or to take it seriously whether i will be in the crosshairs of law if i dont appear thanking you in advance

I and my husband have a joint property in Delhi, where my husband is the first holder and I am the second holder. Recently my husband passed away. We have only 1 child, a daughter and I would like to give the house to her after my death.I have 3 questions:
1. Do I have to change the house registration again and change the papers only on my name, or can I continue with the same documents and assume that by default am the sole holder now of the property
2. To ensure that the house goes to my daughter after my death, should I write a will? Or should I get the house registered on her name as the sole owner right now itself or should I add her as an owner along with me. My intent is that after my death, she does not face any legal issues.
3. Ideally, with my husband gone, who are the legal heirs? Is it only me or are there others from his family who are also legal heirs like his real brothers, sisters or his father etc?

Sir, the person who has taken the loan from the bank was expired and also his wife. He has no children left. To get the original documents released to his mother, banks are asking for security and Legal heir certificate. The cost of the house as per Government rates is about Rs. 15.00 lakhs. Now kindly tell us how much amount is to be shown as security and whether the person who gives security can have account in any other branch of the same bank.

I have a Pvt. Ltd. Company in Gurgaon and want to enter into a contract with Public Ltd. company having registered office in Mumbai. For the agreement, where should I get the estamp paper from? Is Delhi acceptable or it should be got from Gurgaon only?
