Sir This is Raju Inspectòr Admin Central Crime Station, Detective Dept of Hyderabad City.
Some important cases transferred to CCS from local police stations. Meantime jurisdictions court of Local PS are not sending original FIR n complaint to the court designated for CCS cases. What is the legal procedure and latest judgements related to the query may be furnished. Also explain sec 408 of CrPC. Thank u

In a motor vehicle accident claim eye witness gave chief examination affidavit and the contents are in contrary to 161 statement gave to police. which will prevail before law ? 161 statement or chief examination affidavit ?

Hi Team,
One of my cousin facing Section 493, 420 and 506 B by his ex-girl friend, and he told me she filed FIR stating lot of false statements about their relationship and their one month stay together few months back.
He also mentioned the fact that he never given any commitment on their marriage proposal and total FIR she filed based on one thing that my cousin promised her of successful marriage out of this relationship.
But my cousin mentioned he never given any such commitments or made promises of such kind.
She also wrongly filed that my cousin family demanded some money as dowry for the marriage to happen which they did not and she also wrongly filed that my cousin family threatened her life by killing her if she is not willing to pay that amount as Dowry.
All the above statements she wrongly accused and god knows how this case accepted.
Note:
Is any option to get Bail ( Anticipatory?)
Is it possible to go for SQUASH at high court and how well are the chances. (My cousin is 29 of age not married yet and she(28) had her divorce once back in 2016 with some guy).
Appreciate your expert opinion on this.

Dear Experts,
Please advice on following case.
My client received an award from Arbitrator that you will get the amount invested with opponent with bank rate of interest. If the Opponent fails to make payment to my client. They we are planning to approach NCLT for recovery. There are some other creditors also want to recover money from the opponent in this case how would my client interest can be secured as My client only the person who went though the complete legal proceedings and got the Award from Arbitrator.

sir we have a service matter case related to new appointments in Haryana State. Few people filed CWP wich was dismissed by Hon'ble judge and I was not the petitioner in CWP. but now they are filling LPA . As I was not petitioner in CWP, is there any legal way that I can Be a Petitioner in LPA??

I have done BSc IT from Karnatka state open university through distance mode in 2010. I also done MBA From lovely professional univesity punjab with my bechelor's degree.
I cleared PSSSB clerks's exam adv no 4 of 2015 and also physically verify my documents on the counseling. In merit list board did not mention my name. I asked the board through RTI. The board replied me that they refused my degree with the UGC/DEC guidlines 2012-13. but when I completed my degree it was valid and why LPU give me the admission for higher education.
On the other hand late minister beant singh's grand son appointed as DSP in Punjab he also done graduation from distance mode and out of punjab.
In advt no 4 of 2015 sssboard didn't mention that the distance and out of punjab degree would not be applicable.
what should i do now?

On the previous date notice of motion was issued in CWP by High Court for next date for respondents. On the fixed date case was listed but my case turn did not come till 5 PM. On checking next date is very long. Is there any remedy left for preponed of case for early hearing.
