Rectification of sale deed

I have taken a home loan from bank and have purchased land to be construction. The sale deed has been executed and it has been registered with my name. Later I noticed that my land measurements is incorrect in my sale deed and in actual land.

Yes I agree it was not verified thoroughly by me and builder. Now builder saying that we can go for rectification deed and need not inform the bank.

Please can anyone help me what is the procedure to correct in sale deed. The original sale deed document is with Bank.

nominee after death

Dear sir/madam
My brother was having lic he is dead and the nominee was his daughter and she is minor and legal heir is his wife but now they are divorced legal but nominee was not change and the child is with her so do she have right to claim.
I m his brother do I can claim the lic money please suggest me what to do.

Delay in handing over physical possession of apartment

A builder at Chennai,a limited & listed company collected about 50% of the total cost of an apartment allotted to me.The company ought to have handed over physical possession of the apartment by 24/09/2015.
but in reality,the construction is yet to commence and their response to my repeated
queries is not encouraging.

I request the experts concerned what best options do I have to proceed with to safeguard my interests.

Legal interpretation of the sentence

what is correct/legal interpretation of "......liquidated damages @ 500 per hour or part thereof, to an maximum of one month fees..." ..

Is it 1) per hour 500 and from 1-59 minutes it would be charged pro-rate; or 2) per hour 500 and from and 1-30 minutes it would rounded down to less than an hour and if it is 31-59 it would be rounded up to an complete hour; or 3) per hour 500 and from 1-59 minutes it would be rounded up and considered as compete hour and penalty will be charged. pls clarify...

my father wants to raise fund for business against business premises , in reference to this , is property mandatory to mortgage with registration ?

is RBI has make mandatory to all banks to get mortgage registered against loan against property ?when section 4 of Bombay stamp act 1958 is applicable and to whom it is mandatory ?

can our bankers put mandatory to registered deed ?

what is the benefit to us ? and bankers?
