Hello sir my father was a state govt employee he expired recently, he was having a illegal relationship with a married women from past 30 years, so now my is will that women will hav any rights on compassionate appointment or pension, she demanding pension and job, plzzz answer.

My father did two marriages, my mother was died after i was born, then my father did second marriage. He has three sons from second marriage and one from first marriage.
Then how can my father divide property legally.

Just yesterday I got registered in sub register office with my husband sudhindra bhangri now my issue is .. If any of my family or his family give complaint in this 30 days till I get marraige certificate will our registration of marraige will be cancelled ?

My name is surya from hydrabad, having 3 year old girl,my wife is not working, due to job lost i have been mentally depresed.by my mother-in-law,father-in-law,my wife. all are treating me very badly. presently i have got a new job recently which is related to marketing. but my current financial situation is very bad. even not getting my first salary also. for time being i am staying in my mother=in-law house(their own house). that also last one month only. because of my job lost situation (last 2 years i have attended near about 100 interviews. but result though i answered well but not selected. few selected but not having permananent life.(hardly 1 momth survived). my problem is my in law house offten increasing my bp,often shouting,angry with me, also treating me not as a human being. for example when return to my house after doing my job (by 9pm) not even give a glass of water also. (since hydbad temprature very very high 45*. so everyday telling me to vacate the house and told me often get out from the house. but i am thinking of my child, how can be separated. even i told them within a month of perriod i will quit from the house. on the other side i have not done any harmful to them. not asking dowry, not harras with wife. (marriage happened 2011 march) not have habit of drinking. i am very perfect in all good. but they are not realising,understaning . even i have not beaten a single time to my wife. nothing done wrong from my side. but what i feel if this situation continues,pls advice me. other side can i file a case against them in police complaint or to seek the court. by the cause of ill -human being treated which affect my physically, mentally.. their innneer feeling is i should die.

My cousin got married on 28 April 2016 After returning bride came up along with her 3 sisters usually brother use to come. They all four were sitting in a room with door closed a kind of privacy they want. We can feel something is going between them. When someone enter in that room her sisters say this or that person will not come in this room. She said she can't live here she want to shift and live in rented house. And same day at mid night she call her brother and they all get back to their house. while going they openly threatening. I wasn't there at that time otherwise i have definetly recorded their false threatening. This scenario was shocking for us 3 of my relatives were fainted. Someone told us that his brother has already written complaint against bride's sister in law. They are threatening my relatives. We are waiting for her return as they promised that she will be back. But she keep on saying that she want to live outside give us money for our room. My relative can't afford. My cousin is also staying with her in her house. I am concerned that she may complaint 498a in future What to do?

Dear Sir,
my hindu cousin was want to marry with muslim girl in 2009.they were go to kali mata temple and taken snaps of each other opposite the kali mata murti. In the snaps he put sindor var mala to her head. No hawan was happened. Only they take snaps to show off the marriage to their parents. after that day they left each other due to the parents pressure. My first question is that this marriage is valid or not .
Secondly after sometime he is married with hindu girl in 2011 after disclose the first incident to her. three years have gone.presently due to some problem she left the house and file the complaint against him that he is already married and have not taken divorce to first one .
