can anybody please tell why there is agitation by lawyers on crpc amendment?

Please experts can you suggest me. a NBW was issued against me and my family memebers under section 498(A) and 3/4 of DP Act in a case filled by my wife in counter blast to my divorce case filled prior to her in Family Court besides two informatory and supplementary informatory petition under section 39. all the family members has got AB from High Court. in divorce case, the issue has already been framed and from the next date the witnesses will be examined.
Today was hearing on the AB petition filled by me. the court had issued notices to both the parties to attend court personally on 18.03.2009 and made no corecive against the NBW till the said date.
can you suggest me what is the next course of action of the Court. it is clear from my part of view that reconcilliation is now not possible from my side anyhow. even i will ready to go behind the bars but not ready to even thinking of compromise in my dreams. can you suggest me what is the next course of action of the court. i know that you may suggest me the steps taken by me.

reqd. citations on jusrisdiction of a judicial officer. as i have filed one civil petition against punjab state electricity board, and the area is in the same district where i have instituted plaint. but the area of concern is a tehsil under the district where i have instituted the plaint and that tehsil has judicial courts also.
my opp. party has taken the plea that the suit has not been instituted at proper place, though punjab state electricity board has its office at amritsar also.

RESPECTED SIR(S) / MADAM(S),
ONE OF MY FRIEND, NAMELY - HIMANSHU PATEL, HAD TRANSFERED RS.1,00,000/- BY A/C. PAYEE CHEQUE TO HIS FRIEND'S A/C. ON REQUEST OF HIS FRIEND IN THE MONTH OF MAY, 2008. HIS FRIEND WANT TO BOOK A HOUSE FOR HIMSELF. IN RETURN, HIMANSHU PATEL TOOK A BLANK A/C. PAYEE CHEQUE FROM HIS FRIEND AND PUT DATE OF 10TH JUNE, 2008 AND AMOUNT RS.1,00,000/- AND KEPT IT WITH HIMSELF.
NOW, AFTER GETTING RS.1,00,000/- FROM HIMANSHU PATEL HIS FRIEND USED THAT MONEY IN SHARE TRADING AND LOST THE AMOUNT WITHIN 1 WEEK.
TILL DATE HE HAS NOT RETURN A SINGLE PENNY AND NOW ON THE OTHER HAND, HIMANSHU PATEL DIDN'T DEPOSITED THE CHEQUE BEFORE 6 MONTHS. SO IT'S STALE NOW. RIGHT??
THE ONLY EVIDENCE HIMANSHU PATEL HAS IS PASS-BOOK ENTRY.
KINDLY, SUGGEST ME THE RECOURSE OF RECOVERING THE MONEY OF RS.1,00,000/- FULLY. AND I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW - HOW MUCH TIME AND EXPENSE WOULD IT TAKE TO RECOVER SUCH AMOUNT??

if magistrate issued NBW against the accused against whom complaint u/s 138 is pending in the court. can a police officer arrest him and detained him under custoday for 24 hours. if yes under which section of crpc.

there's a citation like if dowry list is not attached with the complaint/F.I.R. the 406 doesn't lies. i need that citation kindly help. kindly confirm if the list of articles given to the lady is not attached with the complaint.then what is the situation, whether 406 lies or not , if not then any citation in your mind kindly confirm
