Transfer apartment's land ownership from builder to association

In Mumbai apartments getting the apartment land named after owners society/association is called as deemed conveyance.

Is there any such law in bangalore for getting the apartment land named after the owners association?
What is getting the apartment land named after their society/association called as in Bangalore?

I am From Maharashtra and i want to file PIL in Bombay High Courts for Return land their Original owner on the basis of Due Procedure at the time of Land Acquisition. is it Possible? land acquired in 1975 for Public Purpose.

The mcs act, 1960

(1) Whether the Assistant Registrar, CS, H-East Ward, Mumbai 400 028, has powers to take action under Sections 78, 75(5), 79(2), 88(1) and 89A of the MCS Act, 1960?
(2)If he has no such powers, which is the appropriate authority for taking such action?

Sra building

Respected Sir/Madam

My Self Hetta Solanki. I stay in Mumbai (Dahisar). Now i Stay in Chawl it was gone on re-development and construction under SRA.
So i got Flat approx 269 carpet area.
but i have in chawl room area is 350sq foot which is bigger then sra building flat.
so i can claim for any befit to builder or any other services? (which is in term of money or any other things)
and how many document i will collect before shift in flat?

so can you give proper guidance or any need full information about my queery.

Name changing procedure

Hi Experts,

i want to change my First Name for some astral reason and Last name will be remained same as it is now. i have done all my education and have residence proof of Odisha but i am residing in Bangalore from last 5 year. is it possible to do the procedures and all to change the name in Bangalore itself. If yes, then please specify the procedures, how many days it will take to be processed and what will be the Pros and Cons for the same. please guide me for the same at earliest.

Queries in one person,two names

I have currently given my class 12 exams(delhi),there is a problem in my father surname as follows:


SUNIL KUMAR WALIA ( CLASS 10)

SUNIL WALIA (CLASS 12) (it was I who gave it like this)


Acc. to previous posts I have decided to make an affidavit stating both name belong to the same person and then make ad in newspaper that both names belong to same person.

But i have the following queries;


Q1 Is there any restriction to the number of newspaper and the type of newspaper which i should choose?


Q2 Is a gazette notification also necessary(if yes what are the required documents and the TIME it would take for gazette notification)?


Q3 In one similar post I read something like "civil suit for declaration before court and get a declaration decree from court for the 2 names"',what does that mean and is it also necessary for me(if yes how much time would it take)?


Q4 Will it be ok if I do all this and not make modifications in the class 12?


Q5 I know it can create problem during passport ,govt. job etc, but can it cause problem in :

(1)private jobs

(2)my admission to NIT,IIT etc.


I would be highly obliged if you take the pains to answer all my queries.

Khata number not included in the schedule of property

I had purchased a property in Bangalore. In the sale deed the Khata number is mentioned under the negotiation / Flow details of the property(in page 2) but not under the Schedule of property section.
Now when I approach the BBMP for khata transfer, ARO insisting for correction deed mentioning the Khata number is not under the Schedule of property section.
Though the khata register of the BBMP is intact as per the details shown in the property flow details (In the name of Seller).
I may not able to do rectification deed as the original documents are with Banker under loan.

Please advice what step I can take.

Strategy

my sil file a divorce petition under HMA 13-1[i-a], u/s sec. 24 & 25.in may'13.

1st date of counselling was in dec.'13 and 3rd date will be in may'14.

lawyer advise is to file written statement/reply to petition after counselling is over.

is it right strategy ?
