Illegal possession of common area of

A standalone 3 storeyed building with 2 flats on each floor. There is a big motor pump room as common facility area, all owners have the key. The motor pump room has been recently illegally taken over by one of the flat owner and he is using it as his personal servant quarter. He has changed the locks. Integattories in child custody case

Respected sir,
I have filed child custody case for my seven years old son. My opposite party ( mother of child) is remarried & kept my son with his maternal grandparents against my will. Written objection is filed by her wherein which is full of false statements. I have admissible evidence in this regard. No order passed by the court.

Now, I want to file one integattories application before the court for confirmation of false submission & reveal some consealed facts. Is integattories application is admissible before court?

Further, I have approached High Court for speedy trial of the case, wherein high court has passed order to dispose all interim application within two months from next date fixed in district court which is in May 2024. Also the district court is vacant for last six months.
Can I submit high court order now for speedy disposal ?
If district court is vacant then how to implement high court order ?

Challenging resolution of agm in cooperative housing society

Dear Experts,
I am the President of a cooperative housing society in Delhi.
In the last AGM held on 8 October the passed resolutions included audited accounts, increase in maintenance amount and declaration of elections of managing committee which were held on 10th December 2023. I won and this is my second term as President.
No disputes regarding elections were raised till now.
Now my opposition has instigated residents against me and want to hold an SGBM and want to declare the minutes of the AGM as null and void among the long list of agenda items including no confidence motion.
I want to ask whether -
1. General body had any right to declare AGM minutes as null and void.
2. Can a SGBM agenda contain ambiguous and multiple agenda items.

Regards,
Vineet Singh
