What to do if my sister refuses vacates my property

My grandfather ( died) settled his property to his two of his daughter, elder daughter and younger daughter . The front portion of building to elder daughter and back portion to younger daughter, it is done through registered irrvokable settlement deed. He gave life interest to his wife ( grandmother) ( died). His wife ( grandmother) was living with elder daughter and family in front portion. And the younger daughter was living with her family in the back portion. One outdoor bathroom and room which very clearly belongs to the area of younger daughter, was been used by grandmother when she was alive and elder daughter was using it , since that time grand mother was alive and has life intrested the younger daughter left it, after the grandmother died a month back the elder daughter is still using it and put a lock and refusing to give the portion.
So what should we( younger daughter do) we younger daughter are absolute owners now and title owners with all proper document and patta.

1. like we should not open a common tap and that she has changed the tap
2. she(first floor lady) is not allowing to lock the common gate in ground floor between 10 to 4 p,m in night. she is saying her milk packet should be delivered and the gate lock will be broken if we lock it in night.
3. she has made a construction in her car parking which is in common area without consulting others.
4. we have sent a legal notice asking her to co-operate. but she filed a false police complaint in the police station against us.
5. we reside abroad and she is harrasing our parents.
6. a resident in ground floor and in first floor frequently travels abroad and slowly she started taking control for 20 years.
7. she is not allowing to form association, building condition getting bad, however we have started legal process. Your guidance will be much appreciated to move further. thanks

Principal harassment over school teacher

My mother is a government school lab incharge; her responsibility is to oversee the lab, but the vice principal and principal refused to let her do so. Instead of allowing her do her job, they forced her to take classes for all 8 sessions, for which she was not even eligible. She can only stand there and cannot teach them anything or influence their future. It was acceptable for many years, but in the last three to four years, it has become unbearable. Now not only does she have to take all eight periods, which are spread around the school, but she also has to take children outside for activities on her own expense, which was intended to be done by the teacher in charge. In addition, the vice principal verbally abused her. She has been depressed for a long time as a result of this, and now she has to take the pills given by her doctor so she can sleep and relax her thoughts. She is afraid that if she complains, they will continue to harass her in various ways because they both have the authority to do so. If they assign her all of the classes on behalf of the main teacher or ask her to take children outside for school activities on behalf of the teacher in charge, it is within their authority; it is authority granted to them by the government. And if she does something, they may make her retirement difficult.

Property dispute

Hi I own 3 flats out of 4 in which one owned by other. Where us they are not co operative to do common work and gives me more mental pressure like

Initially they kept the plant above my side floor and not maintained properly during rainy time all the mud came out and blocked the water drain area continually in which I was not aware of the future problem I kept let it be but later water gets inside from the roof later I realised because of the plant kept above my side roof it was kept long which cause damaged the floor and water was completely stagnant hence floor got damaged in which water came inside and then I removed the plant in my side and told the neighbour not to keep the plant above my floor but then they kept the plant above his flats even though am getting water from the roof I told them to remove the plants but they denied and kept the plants.

Now am unable to stay during rainy time due to water getting leaking from the floor

Pls suggest what shall we do for solution

Sec 14, 15 and 16 - hindu succession act

A Hindu mother who was in possession and enjoyment of some properties by virtue of inheritance from her ancestors and deceased husband passed away intestate. Her only son inherited those properties and eventually he also died intestate.
Now for children of deceased son whether it is the self-acquired property or ancestral by category.
