Court procedures for inspection of case-file in ongoing suit

Hello Lawyers & Advocates,

I am prosecuting a civil suit (recovery of money) as party-in-person. I wanted to know the procedure for filing an application for inspection of my case file.

What is the procedure to do so ?
What are the costs involved ?
Any court-fee is required to be paid again, inspite of paying court fees while filing the suit ?
In there any proforma or format for making an application for inspection of court file ?

Awaiting your advice.

BEST REGARDS,
VISHAL SAHA
Navi Mumbai.

Carpenter cheating on us.absconding after taking money

I had deal with the carpenter named soundhar & sonu for my pending interior woodwork. But both are not coming to do the work. They keep on delaying the work and make lame excuses for the same. Whenever i call, Soundhar doesn't pickup. My house is filled with dust, nails, woodchips. It has become difficult for me to live with this. I have all call recordings with him. which i am unable to upload here as there is no option to do that. I am really harassed by him, as promised to complete the work by 12th Nov, 2021 only and still it has not been completed. The major problem is that he make fake promises and delayes works. Although whatever materials he is purchasing as per him, he is keeping it with him. Everytime he says he need money to buy more materials . If i don't give it to him, he says he will no come for further work. Meanwhile sonu also does the same thing. He is working somewhere else after taking money from us. Daily he says that he will ask soundhar to come. Both are colluding to harass me.Daily we are calling and he is giving excuses.they have already taken 50% of the total payment.he is not returning the money nor coming to work.

Respected Learned Experts,
Whether the will has to be registered compulsorily? If a will is made in one's own hand writing with witness need registration? Whether such a unregistered will can be enforced as per law?

With much respect THANKS IN ANTICIPATION.

Bail

Is there a law that bailees have to appear in courtroom to bailout an accused? If the bailees are women, is it enough for them to appear in the court office instead of the courtroom?

Byelaws of a housing society

our association was formed in 2007, after which one person has been holding the secretary post on a voluntary basis, without conduction proper election, the society was registered at the beginning , after which they have not been renewing, moreover the seemed to have framed by laws to their convenience, i would like to know if the bye laws need to be approved by the registrar of association and is it right on the part of that resident to continue holding office for so many years? we feel that some illegal transactions are happening with procuring of water lorries and civil work related to the society, that is why we feel that the same person is holding the secretary post without conducting proper elections, kindly advice.

Stamp and registration charges

My father is having house which he mentioned to be given in my name in the WILL. However the witness are not willing to appear in the court. Me being the only legal heir, if forget the will then what will be the registration and stamp duty charges for transferring that property in my name.

I understand if I go with WILL then there are no charges applicable.

Kindly advice

How to write will for my home in fathers property.

Sir/Madam, We are 3 children to our Parents. 3 yrs back self along with my father applied Housing loan (am co-applicant) & finished the first floor (3 bhk) above my already existing father's ground floor (old 2 bhk) property -( total land area 1950Sq.ft). My elder sister and younger sisters are married and insisting for their share in my fathers property. Presently am paying the EMI for the first floor and the renowation/extention of the ground floor. Please suggest how to write the will / share the property to my sisters, if all of us has a share... Secondly if all of us has equal land share is there any legal issue will arise while selling my first floor in future?...any no objection required from my 2 sisters etc. Looking into the long term benefits/problems, kindly suggest how my father should handle the situation while writing the will/registration.
Thanking you.
with best regards,
karan
